It has been a busy time for Thumbuddy Special. We just awarded over $13,000 for Adapted Bikes! Nothing beats a kiddo riding their own bike! We are so proud of our partnership with The Great Bike Giveaway, helping children with special needs reach their funding goals to receive a new bike.
Over $20,000 has been sent to various Special Recreation Programs for Children with Special Needs to attend camps this summer. Notes and pictures will follow once the summer gets rolling.
May 19th was our return of Moms Day Out. We moved this event from fall to late spring to honor mom closer to Mother’s Day. Here are a few of the thank you notes that we received and some pictures to enjoy. What a powerful gift to give a mom, relaxing, pampering, shopping and a dinner of fellowship and of course dancing to end the night. Moms Day Out will always be one of my favorite days of the year. Your generosity and kindness allows this special day to transpire. TS is beyond grateful for your support!
Our 27th Annual Thumbuddy Special Golf Outing is around the corner! Golfers are needed, raffle prizes are needed, and dinner only attendees are needed. Ask a friend to join you. We would love to see you at the dinner only portion of the day.
