Hello Friends
A big huge thank you to all who were able to make it out to our “Winter is Almost Over Happy Hour” last night at Carlucci. Everyone enjoyed the great atmosphere that our friends at Carlucci provide for this wonderful event. Our buddy Horacio and his mom and dad were on hand to extend a big thank you. Horacio is sincerely grateful for his new wheels. He told the crowd he is going on vacation to Texas this spring break. His thank you and picture are attached.
Thumbuddy Special also extended to Clarissa’s mom, Maria that we will pay off the remainder of her van payment, an additional 4,000 dollars. Maria and Jesus were thrilled beyond belief when they were informed! So our “Kids on the Go” scholarship is up in running in full gear. 2 wonderful families are out and about thanks to your generosity. That is amazing!
We also approved summer camp fun for 2 very special sisters, Erin and Shannon to go to Summer Camp this summer at SEASPAR. Just have fun camp scholarship to West Suburban Special Recreation, will be given out at the next happy hour on April 20th at Pasians in Cicero, more information to follow.
