Some touching Thumbuddy Special thoughts to warm your soul….

I hope you are warm in spirit! We will get through this tough winter, we are Chicagoans, tough and let’s be honest exhausted!

I thought I would send a couple more thank yous from the Christmas Season to warm your hearts….

After serving the families through our 15 social workers at the Wrapping Day Party, the remaining toys were then donated to Easter Seals if Chicago and Rockford. My brother Tom LeClair delivered them.

I really appreciate everything you have done to help my family, especially just moving into our own place with a newborn. Again, thank you so much and God Bless.-Jasmin

When giving, you may not always have the opportunity to see just how it can affect those who receive…and I can honestly say, that your gifts to our program is an active and positive piece that I am so grateful for. The day Tom LeClair delivered the toys to our center will always be one of by most extraordinary memories!….The toys were unbelievable! Your foundation made it possible for each child in our program to receive their own special toy for Christmas. Dear Santa:

Thank you for the wonderful gifts that my sister and I received. We were very excited when we opened them. The basketballs are my favorite, that I like. My sister really loves her Dora doll and the little kitchen. Thank you for making this a very special Christmas. Happy New Year!- Yahir
